As an intern, you will have the opportunity to support experienced M&A consultants in the acquisition and execution of consulting mandates and thus get to know an M&A process at all stages.
The field of activity:
- Working in a highly motivated team in the acquisition and execution of corporate finance transactions
- Independent research in connection with current and potential M&A and financing projects
- Preparation of pitch presentations, industry, balance sheet and cash flow analyses, company valuations, information memoranda, electronic and physical data rooms
- Evaluation of Due Diligence Reports
- Preparation of customer meetings and events
- Active support in transaction structuring as well as in the preparation and negotiation of contract documents
- Conduct of negotiations
The requirements:
- At least 3rd semester (Bachelor) of Business Administration or Business Law with good results (if possible with a focus on Corporate Finance relevant subjects)
- First relevant professional experience through relevant internships would be an advantage
- Strong interest in capital market topics and excellent analytical skills
- Good English language skills and quick comprehension
- High motivation, ability to work in a team, communication skills, stress resistance, organisational skills, goal orientation and flexibility
- Independent working style as well as friendly and confident appearance
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
