we are pleased to inform you that we exclusively advised and successfully structured the financing for the reorganization of the shareholder structure (OBO) with participation of the existing management (MBO) of Kordel Antriebstechnik GmbH ("KORDEL ANTRIEBSTECHNIK"), Dülmen.
The family-run KORDEL ANTRIEBSTECHNIK, headquartered in Dülmen, is a mechanical engineering company in the field of drive technology with more than 1,000 employees at two locations. The company focuses on the development, production and sales of drive technology for industrial trucks, transmission systems and technology for agricultural and construction machinery as well as individual solutions.
As part of a reorganization of the existing shareholder structure (OBO), the main shareholders sought a reorganization with the help of foundations to create a long-term solution for the future development of the company.
Christoph Kordel, managing partner of KORDEL ANTRIEBSTECHNIK says: "Kordel Antriebstechnik GmbH is a medium-sized family business that is already being run by the fourth generation.
